We offer hands-on facilitation for customer teams navigating the acquisition process. Our professionally trained team members provide un-biased facilitation for teams in the pre-solicitation and source selection phases, which allows our customers to better focus on mission and outcome rather than regulation and process. 

Every team knows the value of those that “keep the place running.” Our administrative staff ensure the customer spaces are accessible and that each person is offered the training opportunities needed to succeed in their career path. Our small administrative team plays a key role in the daily operations of our team and our customers.

Our small team of systems engineers manage our metrics and reporting process, providing our customers with actionable information.  Systems engineering supports the acquisition consulting and training teams with process implementation and improvement to keep our teams running smoothly.​

Pardus is proud to be an Authorized SkillBridge Provider supporting our nation’s Veterans as they transition out of their military careers and into the civilian workforce.  Pardus offers Service members hands-on experience through mentorship and on-the-job training in the fields of acquisition, contracting, government policy; and specialized contract management training and education.
