Job Description

The Administrative Business Services Support team provides integral services to keep the office and team running smoothly. As an Administrative Business Services Support team member, the candidate will perform a variety of tasks to support Acquisition Consultants, Trainers, and other staff members. These responsibilities include performing as the registrar for the full offering of training courses. The registrar duties include: preparation for courses to include managing attendance; ensuring course credit, determining room assignments, and interfacing with personnel at other school houses on various topics. The candidate will be required to register students for classes, proactively manage enrollment capacity, and check students in each day. The candidate must feel comfortable to resolve enrollment and course credit issues independently with little guidance or supervision. Additionally, as a part of the registrar responsibilities, the candidate will maintain an online library of course materials and videos.

The candidate will also perform several facility management duties to include visitor control; answering and routing phone calls; ordering office supplies; and coordinating all aspects of office moves, facility upgrades, and general office administration. In this role, the candidate will also be responsible for developing weekly reports for facility activities and assisting the Systems Engineering team in tracking appropriate metrics. • Answer facility phone calls and appropriately route calls to team members
• Perform visitor control functions
• Register students for classes and manage enrollment capacity
• Provide responses to customer inquiries and requests for service
• Assist trainers with preparation for in-person and virtual courses
• Resolve enrollment and course credit issues
• Interface with the organization’s primary school house on various topics
• Develop weekly activity forecasts
• Update training websites and assist with production of classroom aides
• Manage requests for conference room spaces
• Configure training rooms and conference spaces

Requirements

Required skills for the Administration Business Services Support are as follows:
• Experience with registrar functions and office administration functions
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must possess a security clearance at the TS/SCI level with a CI polygraph
